We live 2 blocks from the elementary school, and I usually walk September to school. Today is cold and snowy and very windy, so I decided we would drive rather than brave the elements. It is faster to walk! It took 20 minutes from the time we walked out the door until I walked back in. Most of that time was spent sitting in line waiting to get to the drop off point. Seriously, it takes less time to walk there (more like 3 blocks the way the sidewalks are set up) and back, then to drive. Next time we may just bundle up really well and face the weather!

Not sure where in SD you live but its really cold here today. I would have chosen to drive too. The wait is worth the warmth!!!! Check out my blog post today. You would get a kick out of it!! Have a warm rest of the day!
